Monthly Membership Meetings ( Chaired by the President - most clubs meet monthly and generally follow this type of Agenda)
Club updates from Management Team members - e.g. Social event plans, Interest Activity updates etc.
Coffee Tea, Social Time, sign up for Events and Interests
Speaker of the month (usually 1 hour)
Members only, may invite a guest
Annual General Meeting – new management nominees, update bylaws, Financial Review
Management Team Meetings (Chaired by the President or designate)
Meetings are scheduled as required
All management team and invited group leaders & members as required
Updates from each Management member, review input and club feedback
Deal with any issues & implement ideas to improve club operation
Member Group Interest Activities
Interest group activities are for Members only. The groups arrange their own schedule, venue and cost. Each club organizes different activity groups based on the preferences of club members.

Member Social Events
Each club arranges their own events chaired by the clubs Social committee. There is usually at least one Social event per month and often more. Sometimes clubs collaborate with other PROBUS Clubs. e.g. In order to fill a bus for an outing. Guests may be invited depending on the event.
